Near-Field Radiative Heat Transfer Eigenmodes

چکیده

The near-field electromagnetic interaction between nanoscale objects produces enhanced radiative heat transfer that can greatly surpass the limits established by far-field black-body radiation. Here, we present a theoretical framework to describe temporal dynamics of in ensembles nanostructures, which is based on use an eigenmode expansion equations govern this process. Using formalism, identify fundamental principles determine thermalization collections revealing general but often unintuitive dynamics. Our results provide elegant and precise approach efficiently analyze systems containing large number nanoparticles.
